July 27, 2016 Miami Herald Headline -- Genting Floats New Proposal for Marina starting an avalanche of speculation about Gimenez campaign aid Jesse Manzano statements to Doug Hanks when that "he had stopped being a Genting consultant last week after years of working for the Malaysia-based company." Sources say Manzano never "stopped".
A pattern appears to emerge with (mis)statements made to Miami Herald report Doug Hanks (more on this in other posts).
